Parents' participation is essential for the success of both our Squadron and their Cadet. Cadets thrive when their parents remain committed and involved in the Cadet program.

Most families play an active role and support their Cadets in many ways: ensuring they arrive at Parade Night and activities on time; making sure their uniform is in pristine condition or supporting their goal of studying for the pilot license.

Some parents want to be an active part of the Squadron and register as an official member of the Squadron Sponsoring Committee (SSC) to help with our activities.

The 818 SSC exists to provide support and financial assistances to 818 Toronto Falcon Squadron. Members of the 818 SSC are volunteer and participate in our fundraising and tag days, assist with the Squadron's activities when requested and attend SSC's meetings.
